The Delta landscape has influenced me visually and spiritually for most of my life. I find it to be a source of all healing, hope and joy for my soul. Each time I witness the movement of life in the skies, trees and fields, I learn something new about my Creator, myself and the complexities of life. It is a constant challenge for me to translate the spirit of the land onto paper or canvas.
There is also a side of me that loves to create collage works. The unending selection of various papers, textures, stamps, packaging designs, etc. brings a sense of child’s play for me. The creative possibilities are endless.
